Organized under the Ontario Business Corporations Act, 1373352 Ontario Limited (the "Company") operates under the registered business name of OrionConsulting.services to provide its services ("Services") to customers.  This privacy policy is a statement about how the Company and its website collect, use, disclose, retain and manage the data of its visitors and customers (“Users”) in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).


Type of information we collect    
The Company receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way, including information that we generate in response to your request for our Services. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information. 


We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.


How we collect information    
The Company collects our visitors' personal information on its website when you subscribe to our newsletter, send us a message through a contact form, or email us to request information about our Services.  When our customers engage us to provide our Services, or conduct a transaction with us as part of the engagement process, we also collect your personal information, corporate information and financial information which will be used for the specific reasons stated below only.

The Company collects Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
1.    To provide and operate our Services.
2.    To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support.
3.    To be able to contact our Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.

How we store, use, share and disclose Users' Personal Information
The Company’s website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that allows us to sell our Services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 


Our email is hosted by Google Workspace that provides secure business email.  All Users’ data including Non-personal and Personal Information are saved to secure cloud storage on Google Drive, with strict protocol and permission policy on data access and sharing.

 
Google Workspace meets stringent privacy and security standards based on industry best practices regarding data ownership, data use, security, transparency, and accountability,  providing the tools to help meet your compliance and reporting requirements.

 

How we communicate with our site visitors
The Company may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms of Service Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.


How we use cookies and other tracking tools
Wix.com enables our website to track personal information through the use of cookies, and other tracking tools. Third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, place cookies or utilize other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Wix Privacy Policy.

How our site visitors withdraw their consent
